| Do you believe it? I still haven't made it to the scale, it's been like a week. I joined Weight Watchers at work so that I can weigh in on the same scale every week, it starts here today. I definitely think I lost, we'll see.....keep your fingers crossed.
I'm going to go to the gym at lunch again and burn some cals! I hope you all have a wonderful morning and I'll be back again later!! |

| I haven't stepped on the scale in days, I must be crazy . But twice today people said that I looked like I lost weight. Woo hoo! I don't know if I did, as much as I want to step on the scale I'm afraid.....
Anyway, I worked out last night. Did the treadmill (300 cals) and did weights, just legs....not sure how many cals that burned. Anyway, I am going to keep working out on work on my lunch hour AND then at night with hubby. I HAVE to lose quickly then, no?! Is it possible to work out too much???????? |
